Many times we hear different theories like Multi, Omni and Opti channel banking strategy, but which one is the key? If we change our mindset and think in outside-in journeys, how should our channel strategy look like? This is a hot topic for the banks as well, to find the right channel to its customers and more importantly to adopt user-centric thinking.
